TDS (The Dining Society) provides Chinese and International fine dining experiences for members while trainees obtain comprehensive culinary and hospitality training. For this project, students created a centerpiece for dining tables, creating a festive dining experience and attracting more guests to the restaurant.
This project aims to design and produce a festive centerpiece prototype for the training restaurant (TDS) in Kowloon Bay / Tin Shui Wai Campus. The design should be compact, not occupying too much space on the dining table. Students presented in groups their ideas and production of the centerpiece, specifications, survey findings and the stakeholders’ feedback about the prototype.
